Now the Ra.One album gives out the message of G.One, who comes with a promise to be Right By Your Side. This is a musical example of Bollywood music gelling so well with the contemporary international music. We can get the feel; the track would look and sound incredible on big screen. Just wait for the show.

The song Raftaarein leaves one with a strange feeling that the song is fromDon 2. Seriously, no kidding! The punchy song drags you in with its high-on-discotheque electronic beats. The fast-paced number perfectly suits the theme of our superhero, who is not sluggish in saving the world in time of crisis, and dazzles like a luminous celestial body.
Jiya Mora sounds drab as it sounds just like Raftaarein. Then comes the instrumental numbers of the album - Comes the Light, I Am On, Song Of The End - you can get a better feel and also the picture when the song goes live on silver screen. Song Of The End manages to haunt us with its serious tune. Got a feel like zombie! There are no zombies in the movies only super people and a sexy chammak challo like Kareena Kapoor.

RA.One, a superhero film, is releasing this Diwali. Meanwhile, Farhan is busy wrapping up Don 2: The Chase Continues, a sequel to the 2006 film, Don: The Chase Begins Again, which itself is a remake of the 1978 film Don.
“Last song of Don in the cans… now the film is officially complete,” he added.
The film, starring Shah Rukh in the lead, is set for release in December 2011.
Besides theatrical revenue, Ra.One is poised to collect about R70-75 crore from alternate streams. According to people familiar with the broadcaster, Star India has won the satellite rights of the film for R35 crore, while T-Series has paid R15 crore for the music rights. In addition, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) has partnered with Red Chillies to develop a PlayStation game on the movie.
“We’ve dished out about $1 million or R4.8 crore to develop the Ra.One game on our PS2 and PS3 platforms, as well as advertise the product to appeal to consumers,” says Atindriya Bose, country manager at PlayStation.
Red Chillies has also collaborated with UTV Indiagames to develop digital comics based on the film’s characters and fast food chain McDonald’s India to offer Ra.One toys to its patrons. The production house will also start selling Ra.One merchandise through the official G.One store on the film’s website.
Red Chillies was unavailable for comment on these promotional initiatives.
Eros International believes that these ancillary revenue streams could yield about R12-15 crore for the producers.
“Normally, gaming and merchandising yields about 5-7% of the film’s production cost, but Ra.One’s yield could be higher at 10-15%, owing to the buzz surrounding it,” says Jain, chief financial officer at Eros International.
